Price is somewhat negotiable. This is a pretty car that is not showroom, maybe considered a "20 footer". Great to just climb in and drive. Gets lots of looks and admiration. Just over 500 built and only about 270 still around worldwide. Because of its similarities to the Jensen Healey, most parts are not very hard to find and are not expensive. Overall very good condition. No dents, some very very minor superficial rust spots. Have to really look to find them. Was garaged basically all its life until 2012. Has been regularly covered since. Could use a detailing on inside although pretty clean. Always been Southern California car. 44k miles can be verified by past DMV records, etc. Original ownership until 2012. Work recently completed: Engine rebuild Clutch replacement Brakes Tires California smogged, registered with clean title in my name Carburetors rebuilt K&N filters installed (have originals if desired) New hoses, wires, cables where applicable Fuel tank dropped and cleaned All gauges are intact and operational. Electric windows are slow as well as wipers. contacts cleaned. Fan motor inside car is not working. AC has not been tested but probably doesnt work Glass back hatch opens with chrome latch handle hidden on drivers door jam. Basically, a beautiful car that needs to be on the road again. Price has some "flex room". 1976 Jensen GT Extremely RARE! If you know anything about these GTs, youll be very interested in this ad. Approx. 500 ever produced and only 270 still around. About 70 or 80 in California in a variety of conditions. This baby has had engine rebuild, Clutch replaced, brakes fixed, new tires, rebuilt carbs and other repairs or replacements. Gas tank dropped and cleaned. Needs bushing on steering column and some other "dink around" stuff. 44k miles. Have paperwork to prove original mileage. Only 2 owners! GT is smogged, clean title and registered in my name.
